Puma’s online store currently does not offer exchanges. However, we are working on introducing an exchange process in the near future. Please note that we do not facilitate returns through Pargo (the pickup points, such as Clicks). All returns need to take place at a home/work address.

Please note: Refunds may take between 2 to 14 business days to appear in your account. The amount will be refunded to the same bank account used at the time of purchase.

Please note: Once your package has been collected by our courier, you can track its progress using the tracking information provided in your return confirmation email. This will keep you updated on the status and location of your returned order.
